Baby Corn Plain
Simple Baby Corn Recipe goes well with Chapathi as well as any Biriyanis
Baby Corn - 10 pieces
Onion - 1 , cut into thin long stripes
Half Lemon rinds cut into small pieces
Soya sauce a little
Garlic - 3 cloves, cut into thin stripes
Chole Masala - 1 tsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cook baby corns in boiling water. Cut them into half.
Keep the kadai on stove and seasoned with mustard in olive oil.
Add onion, garlic, lemon rinds and fry a little.
Add soya sauce, salt, Chole (Channa) masala and little water to get mixed.
Add the cooked corns and fry them dry.
