Cooking Tips 


Basmati Rice 
While cooking basmati rice, wash it once, and drain water completely and keep it aside for half-an-hour. So that, the rice will stand separate when done. 


Drumstick vadai Curry
When preparing vadai for this curry, after making balls flat it thinly in your palm. 
While frying, take it out when its half done. If it is fully done it wont get soak well in the curry.
you can note the difference in color between the vadai thats prepared for this curry and the normal vadai.


  
Quick Cooking
For quick cooking, use masala powders instead of grinding things like  Chillies, Coriander, Coconut etc.,
