Dal Curry

Dal

(Simple) 




Recipe 

Cook Moong dal  (1 cup) with little salt and water
Keep seperately 



Peel Onions (small) (5)
Cut the vegetables, Carrot (1), Tomato (1), Green Chillies (5) (slit lengthwise)




Keep Kadai on stove
Add Oil, Mustard (1/4 tsp), Split Urad Dal (1/4 tsp), 
Curry Leaves (1 twig), Asafoetida ( 1/4 tsp)
Add cut vegetables
Fry Well



Cook with water and salt.
Add turmeric
When the vegetables are done, mix the cooked dal. 


Ready to eat with Poori or Chapathi
