Potato Kurma

Cooked Potato (4)
Big Onion (3)
Chilly Powder (1 tsp)
Coriander Powder (2 tsp)
Turmeric Powder (1 tsp)
Oil for seasoning
Curry Leaves

Boil potatoes and keep.

Keep kadai on stove.
Light Fry cinnamon (1), cloves(2), mustard (1 tsp), fennel seeds (1/2 tsp) in oil.  

Add Onions chopped lengthwise, curry leaves and saute well till onions become transparent. 
Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt. Saute them well. 

Add a little water. Saute again.
Add the boiled potatoes. 
Bring it to boil. 

Turn off the stove. 

Ready to eat with Chapathi
