Medley of Country Vegetables
Simple, Easy-to-do Recipe
No Onion, No Tomato - completely a dry dish
Goes well with any rice
Ingredients
Veg :
Brinjal - 3
Mango - 4 long pieces
Green Chilly - 2, split into half
Fresh Coriander - 4 twigs
Spices :
Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garlic Sauce - 1 tsp
Food Color Yellow - a pinch
Salt for taste
Seasoning :
Oil as u wish
Mustard - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - 1 twig
Method
Keep the kadai on stove and do the seasoning.
Add cooked vegetables, mango pieces and spices.
Fry a lot, add green chilly and fresh coriander.
Turn off.....
