 Onion Chutney
Ingredients
- Shallots - 5 in number
 - Red Chilli - 1
 - Tomato - 2
 - Salt to taste
 
For Seasoning
- Mustard - 1/4 tsp
 - Urad Dal - 1/4 tsp
 - Asafoedita - 1/2 tsp
 - Curry Leaves - 1 twig
 - Coconut Oil - 1 tsp
 
Method
- Cut shallots into thin strips.
 - Fry with little oil, red chilli, cut tomato pieces and add curry leaves, if you want chutney in green color...otherwise its in red.
 - Add salt and little water.
 - Grind coarsely.
 - Keep a kadai on fire.
 - Do seasoning.
 
Eat with Dosa / Idli....
