Drumstick Vadai Curry
For Curry :
Ingredients
- drumstick - 2
- salt to taste
For Grinding
- coconut scraping - 4 tbsp
- onion - 1 in number
- chilli powder - 2 tsp
- cumin - 1 tsp
- turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- curry leaves
- garlic - 1 clove
For Seasoning
- mustard - 1/4 tsp
- urad dal - 1/4 tsp
- small red onion cut - 2 tsp
- curry leaves
- oil to fry
Method
- cut the drumstick into finger-size pieces and slit into halves and cook.
- grind the given things coarsely.
- keep a kadai and do seasoning.
- add the masala grounded, cooked drumstick.
- add water and bring to boil.
for drumstick vadai Curry :
- add paruppu vadai to the curry.
for drumstick egg Curry :
- instead of adding paruppu vadai, add boiled egg to it.
