Drumstick Vadai Curry



Drumstick Egg Curry




For Curry :
Ingredients

  • drumstick  - 2
  • salt to taste

For Grinding

  • coconut scraping - 4 tbsp
  • onion - 1 in number
  • chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • cumin - 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • curry leaves 
  • garlic - 1 clove

For Seasoning

  • mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • urad dal - 1/4 tsp
  • small red onion cut - 2 tsp
  • curry leaves 
  • oil to fry

Method

  • cut the drumstick into finger-size pieces and slit into halves  and cook.
  • grind the given things coarsely.
  • keep a kadai and do seasoning.
  • add the masala grounded, cooked drumstick.
  • add water and bring to boil.
