Coconut Thuvaiyal (Chutney)
- Coconut Scrapings - 3 tbsp
- Tamarind Paste - 1/4 tsp
- Green Chilli - 3
- Salt to taste
For Seasoning
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Urad Dal - 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli - 1
- Curry Leaves
- Coconut Oil - 2 tsp
Method
- Grind coconut scrapings, tamarind, salt, green chilli to a paste
- Keep kadai in stove
- Pour oil, do the seasoning
- Dry fry a little
